Overall, I think the quality of their products and designs are on point. However, there were several hiccups that were encountered post-install, and they had to return twice to do fixes for issues that I self-identified. One of the issues I was told that we should have been notified by our designer while going through the design process, and another issue the installer said that the office knew about it so we should alert them directly (although no one had told us until we noticed it ourselves). We had several spaces in our home done by Closet Factory. Closets, laundry room—life changing! We had an experienced designer who knew what we needed when we didn’t even realize it. Our installer was friendly and cleaned up after, it was spotless when he left. We’d definitely recommend Closet Factory!
Found them through Costco. Their response was quick. Showed us difference options, pricing, add-ons and more over these were based on our needs rather than pushing through a sales pitch. The entire process was very transparent, fast and very clear through proper communication. Once the contract was signed, we were notified of the installation process and date.
