Yaro did a fantastic job. He was incredibly patient and accommodating as I had to wait many months to complete the job due to construction issues. He even transferred the order from one house to the next. Everything looks perfect and is perfectly functional.
I recently contracted Closet Factory to create a custom closet solution for my master bedroom and foyer closets. Please ask for Hillary, who is one of the head designers there- she was fantastic to deal with start to finish. I am part of the Trade and brought in Closet Factory and a second company to compare on a recent project. While I enjoyed the consultation, design and personality much more with the other company, I thought the Closet Factory had a better product and ultimately we decided to move forward with CF. It turns out that while the product may have been better, there was an absolute absence of care for the product that the first installer had.
