This was a great experience. Done on time and neatly. They won the job over the other two of the big three closet vendors based on the design creativity.
Kristen was a great designer to work with and the installers did an excellent job and cleaned up well!! Highly recommend!!
From the designer, Kristen, to the sit down in the shop, to the final installment, I was very satisfied. The way my designer envisioned everything, the installers were able to make a few adjustments that made more sense for my closet. I would definitely recommend.
We had such a positive experience with Closet Factory. From the time we visited the showroom to our installation date we were treated with excellent customer service. Our designer, Jennifer, was amazing. She met with us multiple times and communicated with us continuously to ensure that our needs were met. She took our ideas and executed them beautifully with our 2 projects. We can't wait to work with her again on future projects!
The team at Closet Factory Louisville were amazing. We were able to tour the factory, meet the owner and the design team and installation team were great. Rebecca designed exactly what we wanted, and Leslie installed the closet in quick order and precision. We definitely recommend Closet Factory to anyone seeking to organize their home.
