I had a great experience with Closet Factory. I worked with their designer Ardith who was very thorough and thoughtful when discussing my needs and helping me figure out the best design for my space. She didn't try to upsell me which I really appreciated. Joaquin was also very friendly and flexible with my schedule. The workers who came to repaint my closet space and do the installation were friendly, on time, and completed the work within the estimated timeframe. Higher recommend!
I hired Closet Factory in Oxnard in 2003 and they did a great job installing a home office bookshelves and desk for me and then in 2020 the upper bookshelf fell off the wall; but that many years later they came and replaced it/fixed it for free and did a good job fixing it for me.
I’m in love how my bookshelves and cabinets came out in my family room. They are true perfection and what a difference they made to this huge room! The entire room looks fabulous. Everyone Closet Factory was professional and helpful starting with Ardith, Joaquin and the rest of the professionals that installed the cabinets. Wish I could post a picture! Thanks! I will be calling you to help me with my craft room!
