We want to express our complete satisfaction with the Closet Factory of Virginia Beach. We had four closets installed through the Costco program. Lisa, the design consultant, could not have been more generous with her time and knowledgeable about the product. Doug and Mike, the installers, were a pleasure to work with and caused minimal disruption to our daily activities. We recommend this Closet Factory outline without reservation.
Tina is a true professional. My husband loves his new closet. Tina was friendly and made the necessary changes a number of times until we were pleased with the project drawings and expense. Will use Closet Factory again for our next project. Thanks Tina and the CF family.
