Closet designer visited my home and really listened to my wish list and customized the system to work with laundry system and baskets I had already purchased. Install day was super fast and professional - left my closet clean and made sure the work area was all tidied up as well. Highly recommend this company to anyone seeking the zen of organization.

This company does great work. From speaking with Kim on multiple in home meetings to the quote and then to completion, this process was perfect. The install happened on time on the day scheduled and we couldn’t be happier with the end result of our master bedroom walk-in closet. horrific. took over a year to complete. i had to stalk them in order for them to return my calls. ugh.
We now have a REAL master closet!! From design to quote to install, Closet Envee was our first choice. And they were price competitive, too! I highly recommend Shannon (designer) , Richard (co-owner) and the Closet Envee staff who installed it.
We hired them for 4 rooms. After two months they started the work but never completed. They came out 4 times but brought the wrong stuff and couldn't do things correctly, and the craftsmanship was poor. They won't try to fix it and are only concerned with over profits. Horrible service, unprofessional and on a job this expensive they don't care about the quality or being honest, just thier money. We would get excuse after excuse and not the truth.
We hired them and they are undependable, unprofessional and never finished the job. The work was done poorly (they broke things and left it that way in multiple places). They aren't equipped to handle the job they were hired for. They will not return call and have untrue excuses for everything. They communicate poorly with each other and myself. Go a different route it you want to job done correctly.

Had an amazing experience with Kim and Richard from Closet Envee. They have done 2 of our 3 closets and what a professional team and company. From start to finish the whole experience was five star. Will hire them again to do the third closet and the library.
