We worked with Ellen, that is who our builder uses. She seemed nice at first but does not explain that there are different sizes to closet set ups and acted annoyed with us when we made a few changes. When we brought things up that needed adjusted after the install or fixed we were told it would cost us more money for them to fix it. There is no customer satisfaction. I just bought a villa that needed lots of updates. The best thing I did was have Closet Concepts come out and design everything from a pantry that had no shelves, to a laundry space with no storage to a huge walk in closet with flimsy wire racks. I can't even describe how well everything turned out! My closets look like something out of a magazine!
