I usually don't leave reviews, but feel compelled to write one in this case to help others avoid the unfortunate experience I had after selecting Floor Coverings International, Mainline. Mike seems like a nice guy, but this company doesn't have their *stuff* together, and customers suffer. I don't know if the issue is they are taking on more work than they can handle or what, but my install was DELAYED BY TWO WEEKS past the contracted date. Fantastic flooring and stellar service
Great experience. They came out for an estimate and answered all questions I had. They were honest with me and did not try to upsell me. I wasn’t sure if my wood floors needed a full buff and refinish (or just carpet removal) and they were honest and told me to skip the more expensive work for now. Would recommend!
