Told a girl in her 20s that she was losing hair because "that's what happens when we age." Given I've never before seen a woman with thinning hair that wasn't drug-addicted or diseased or over 80, I was not surprised to find out later from someone else that it WAS, of course, an underlying and treatable condition.

My initial visit as a new patient was great, I felt like my health was in the right hands. At this time I am not too sure. My chart questions have gone unanswered for weeks, the office today has not answered the phone at all and I have called at least 30 times. I am just wanting information on forms that were received 2 weeks ago and not returned to disability. Appointments are not available for the next month and a half. I am saddened and disappointed. My first thought was, "She is so tiny." My second thought was, "She's not wearing a white medical coat and stethoscope." Over the past year, my final observations have been that Dr. Rachel Banks is a well organized, caring, efficient medical professional whose ultimate goal is to see her patients healthy and well. It is not simply about the insurance cash flow into her pockets. She will deny a script you don't need, and delay appointments that are spaced too closely together.
