I had high hopes when I decided to work with DKI Disaster , Rex Alarcon, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from positive. After completing a project in Trenton, I was shocked to find that they have not paid their invoice, despite multiple reminders, emails and phone calls. We have experienced challenges in our dealings with Rex Alarcon, the Principal of this branch and others. As a reputable subcontractor in the Ottawa area, we completed the work as agreed, and we were assured that payments for outstanding balances would be made. The homeowner has fulfilled their payment obligations, and we understand that Disaster RX received payment from the insurance adjuster.
