Professional, I don't think so. Unreliable, dishonest and the worst real estate agent in Australia, more like it. The whole team from Henry at the top to the girl at reception at the bottom are a truly pathetic bunch. Not a closed business in Brisbane but Ray White real estate in Laverton, really, changing your details, just how dishonest can you get.
I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Kelsey Robinson today! Kelsey helped me find multiple properties to look at that were suitable and within my price range. She was very professional, honest, knowledgeable and bubbly. Kelsey went above and beyond to provide me with help, I would consider her customer service some of the best I have received! Highly recommended!!!
Good service .. Good and polite staff
Stella at Ray White Laverton is very helpful and keeps me up to date with maintenence issues and tenant queries. She managed to get me a $2000 refund on a Hot Water Service replacement due to faults out of our control. Thank you Stella and Laverton Team!!!
I spoke to Paul about a property on Saturday and got told he would get back to me by Monday and it. I called Monday and Tuesday and heard nothing back then finally on Wednesday told me I couldn't organise to go through the house that was for sale and would have to wait for the weekend. Today I have woken up and the house is under contac, he has no communication skills and lack of interest in wanting to get the best price for the property, we won't be looking through them again.
