First off the people came to instal carpet between 8-8:30 PM after telling me they will be here by 4 PM! They didn’t leave until 11:00PM. There was one room that was done. This morning I noticed a dip in my floor when it wasn’t there before and trash all over my carport, drive way and they put some the carpet behind a tree on my property, as if I wouldn’t see it. There was screw driver in the driveway and almost got ran over. Not a happy customer at this time.
Steven, was very knowledgeable, professional and prompt with the quotes we requested. He was friendly and easy to work with. I'd recommend his company for anyone interested in installing floors or refinishing them.
Very helpful and professional! Steve came out several times to help me pick out the best choice. He carefully listened to my ideas and questions and patiently got out other sample boards until we found the right one.
Steve was amazing! He came to my house on time. Measured the entire space and showed samples of flooring. Great customer service!
