The 2 people that conducted my testing were fantastic. However, dealing with this office has been nothing but a headache. They failed to keep their scheduled times. Then they reach out to reschedule and gas light me after they failed to meet their scheduled times. Very unprofessional. Dr. Browning is very difficult to reach, and schedule for. They will process forms and have child endure their initial examination, asking tough questions about their history.. And then will call you and state that they cannot proceed with therapy for your child. As if my child did not have enough disappointment, let down.. I am shocked and deeply disappointed at this lack of professionalism.
