Review for Kelly Mayer, LMHC: Toxic and harmful individual. She shames parents for their child’s behavior and mental health issues without knowing enough to make these judgments. She treated me like utter garbage for cancelling a same day appointment when I had an emergency to attend to and charged my card that day without confirming she was doing so. She did not help my child who is perceptive enough to see the toxic personality. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.
Kelly is a warm and compassionate therapist with a nurturing presence who truly cares about the families she works with. She offers a safe space for her clients as she helps them work through pain or conflict. I highly recommend her.

I reached out Via the website to make an appointment, Kelly contacted me and set up time for a phone consultation. She did not contact me at the set time of consultation. I emailed her 45 minutes after the scheduled time and did not receive a reply for over 24 hours. Once she replied she did not apologize but said "Please excuse the oversight" and gave me 2 more time options.
