Dr. Dhaliwal is a friendly young doctor. He has helped me out a lot. While there are frequent delays with appointments and bugs with virtual calling (as with any family doctor right now), I still always get the service I need.
Patient care is non existent! Doctor should want to help patients and be willing to help. Arrogant and poor listening skills. Attitude is you need him more than he needs you due to doctor shortage!
Reception staff near impossible to get a hold of. Clinic moved and did not update their address.
Terrible service! After I waited one month for an online appointment, they needed to reschedule because of some technical problems… (they sent an email 5 min before the appointment). At the next appointment nobody showed up, I was at work, organized my time to be able to be present at the call, but apparently, for them, client’s time is not so important. They didn’t even send me an email or call me to apologize… nothing! Worst service ever! If you don’t have time for your patient, just change job!
