Awesome people!
After escaping the hell that was the LA RV Show, we ended up stopping at Family RV. All of the employees were at the RV Show, and most of their better units. However the owner was there and it was a great experience to talk with him. Based on our experience with the owner I would recommend Family RV as a great place to purchase your next RV.
DISGUSTED!!! Just spoke with Manager from service department on 11/16/2016 at 11:05am. He would not accept my 2017 Rockwood trailer for warranty work because I did not buy it from them. Wow. Such a slap in the face for customer service. Please beware!!!
