Place listed on Groupon, but doesn’t take the voucher. When I explained to her that I already purchased it and Groupon policy won’t give me my money back, that she should remove her brand-she stated “why would I do that? You have to read. I state I don’t take Groupon.” What? “Groupon takes 50%” she said….ok, but YOU signed up with them. It’s not a newspaper for advertising, it’s a service. Never would I go here. She sounded like a young girl who has little experience.

Not a pleasant experience!!! I booked more than once to give this tech a fair chance and they were all a challenge. She was late for every appt or would ask to cancel if her day wasn't booked. If she doesn't feel like doing your nails she will claim that your nail beds are damaged and she can't service you that day.

A non-refundable deposit is intended to protect a business, incase of a no-show client for example. Not to penalize a client that changes their mind about booking. Be mindful about how you conduct your business, if you’re truly a good artist, professional nail tech etc, there would be no need for trapping people into doing business with you, especially if they are asking for a refund within the same day as submitting a deposit. This isn’t like cancelling 24-48 hours before the appointment. Poor business practices.
