Went in to ask about a repair and the man at the counter was extremely rude and dismissive. Alls he did was look at me, said no, and turned his back to me. I have never had such a bad experience in a store
Would not recommend. Poor communication, poor service. Gave me my ps4 back with loose parts hanging out and then said sorry I will come to you to finish fixing it and then I never heard from him again. Guy couldn’t even come to his door when I picked it up. He sent his daughter. I should’ve known from the camper in the driveway and the awful stench that wafted out of the front door. Seriously, stay away.

Was able to repair my much-accused cell for a very reasonable price. Transparent about delays (beyond his control) which I really appreciated. Upfront about cost too. Would definitely recommend.
Jason has repaired multiple phones for me and a laptop with excellent service and quality I have also purchased an iPad that has worked perfectly. Always willing to go that extra distance for his customers
