The doctors are amazing specially Dr. Gutierrez. However, office staff is a different story, they are so inefficient and rude! I've personally have come across several staff members that don't even smile when you greet them. They are suppose to be the face of the practice since they are the first people you see. Talk about first impressions! They forget to request items needed for follow up appointments then they have the audacity to blame the patient for not following up.
