Most friendly office and medical professionals. The doctor was compassionate and caring!
I enjoyed going to Dr. Atkinson. She listened to my concerns and took her time. She is caring and considerate. Would highly recommend!
Not impressed. The front desk guy was helpful and nice enough but I was was not impressed with the doctor or their equipment at all. The ear pressure machine didn’t work. The rubber tips they were using for the machine that didn’t work were put right back in the container. Not disposable. That is disgusting. I did not feel like my concerns were being met. It appears the office closed its doors and is no longer in business as the listed phone number is not functioning, or at the very least has moved locations and hasn't update its public listing.
Dr. Ackerman is so caring, compassionate and truly cares about her patients. She saw me on her day off due to me not feeling well post op. Answered all my questions, did not rush through my visit, and truly showed she cared about my well being. I can not recommend her enough!
