They installed my heating unit with a blower(fan) outside my home. It worked well for 2 years. It saved on electricity but recently it froze up twice.Something is wrong. I tried to reach the company who installed it, but when I called the number that was given to me, it said:" the number is no longer in service" .I think they went out of business. Does anyone know a company they trust who could fix my fan?
Had a new system installed last year, today it is 60 degrees in my house and 75 in my garage. Tried to call and the seem to have changed their number or maybe they are no longer in business????
Very professional, on time, excellent work and most importantly the services were delivered as promised.
Possibly the worst Contractor I have ever hired and I have built many homes in 6 different Counties in Washington State in the past 30 years prior to becoming disabled in a job accident... Being disabled MCS took advantage of my condition as being a person who would have to pay what every amount was demanded for their on site trouble shooting and work on a HVAC system. Over $1,400.00 was charged for a couple visits that did not resolve matters at all. I am still owed money back 8 months later from overpayment of an invoice. ... read more
The entire process was so smooth! All points of contact; office, bidder, installers, electricians, where incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient!
