I regret hiring William for my home inspection. First, his report missed a lot of what were talked about during walk through. But most damaging were the electrical, plumbing & roof, major dollar items, which he missed all. I asked William to go up to the attic to check for any signs of water leak. He only pocked his head in to the attic opening & said "it's fine".
