Terrible inspection, missed so many things including the roof that has obvious leak problem. Inspection report didn't even have the measurements of the rooms. Missed damages that I could have used to get money back from the seller. Do not recommend as you will end up losing tens of thousands of dollars.
Was a pleasure to meet William and have him do a home inspection for us in Palm Desert! Very thorough and more detailed than I expected. He pointed out a lot of items in the home that we might need to get checked out in the future, as well as things we should ask the seller to fix before purchasing. Would definitely refer him to all of our friends.
