I don't know if it's this warehouse or Clorox corporate, but I arrived at 0245 on the 2nd day of a 2 day drop window and was told they know nothing about this load, and I'll have to make a delivery appointment. Told dispatch and they've been "reaching out" to Clorox for over 7 hours to get the problem resolved. Still waiting.
Every tine I come here they hang out sign yard check in progress. Then you have to sit and wait for them somewhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour until they show up . Very lazy people
