Had a 6am delivery appt showed up at 05:15 but guard was doing her yard check so I waited 20 min but she was a sweetheart. Gave my dog treats. They gave me a door slide tandems dropped trailer in door went to office to drop paperwork off. Lady in office was nice also. wait for a phone call that trailer is empty. Close doors & exit. In & out a little over an hour. Great experience.
I was told that I can drop saturday morning and they would open at 5am.... I shoe up and they won't take me and now I'm sitting here at the truck stop..... nevermind that they took 5hrs to load me and I was 13hrs away...... I boggles my mind when these warehouse people won't take there products..... I'll quit my job before I take another load here
Lazy guy at guard shack said he was eating to wait 30 min while he on lunch. Remember we are in the line to check in
