Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Purchased a vehicle back in July and just found out about a week ago they never submitted the paperwork for license plates even though we paid for them. This happened after having to reach out multiple times in October because they never submitted the registration paperwork either. When I had called previous to this they said there were delays with the state of Wisconsin and it could be a little while until we received title, but it was actually their ineptness... read more
Would never go back here after the way it was shown to me how they treat customers. And if you talk to the so called manager he will throw all sorts of lies at you and make the accountant tell you that they are not a bank nor mortgage company and then threaten you by taking you to court. I'm sure a bank or mortgage company that was reputable would never treat their customers this way or potential customer.
They are liars... they lied about a payment plan that was supposed to be a possibility when we needed tires and maintenance done for our suv, they threatened my wife and me in front of our hildren, they sent a letter to us threatening to take us to court over bill they said we could go on a payment plan for....which was not more then 900.00.
