I recently temped at Clopay in Latham, working directly with Jacob L. and Jake E. and can attest to the fact that they work extremely hard to give the best customer service possible. They are constantly wearing multiple hats to keep the office running smoothly, often staying late to get the job done. They rarely receive recognition, and are very humble - never drawing attention to how much they do, which is why I decided to leave this review.
