this company is one of the worst companies i’ve ever rented from not only do they not go by federal law and regulations they don’t fix shit they also try to evict you when somebody breaks into your house and breaks out a window. that was completely out of my control
I have messaged and called, interested in an apartment to rent, never get a response and the rent is always going up on the same apartments I am trying to inquire about
They’re very easygoing but the apartments are not maintained or cleaned regularly and they leave things broken and undone for excessive periods of time. My neighbor hasn’t had a working lock on their mailbox for 6 months, the doorknob doesn’t work on an exit, the common areas are never ever cleaned, the lights in the hallways are never on and I’ve lived with a broken window in my room for over 2 years.
