Update: Had some issues with maintenance requests at first, but ever since they’ve moved into this new building and gotten a new system, they’ve been very quick to help with any concerns or issues. Always very kind and easygoing whenever I’ve needed anything or called or popped in to pay my rent.

WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!! Clooten took over the property I live at several years ago. Prior to them taking over my rent was 400 dollars lower and maintenance on the building was always good. The lawn for the building used to get cut around 9a in the morning when it got done. Since clooten took over the new people hired by clooten show up at 7a and wake up the whole building. Snow used to get removed within 24hrs of falling and ice got salted.
