We wanted to view a rental. Went back and forth with the office for several days before finally setting something up. They wanted $100 to run a background check on my husband and I before even setting up a viewing. Asked for a lot of personal information just to view. Showed up to the viewing at the scheduled time and waited in the hot sun with an infant and toddler for 30 minutes and no one showed up so we left and didn’t end up seeing anything. They don't do there job
this company is one of the worst companies i’ve ever rented from not only do they not go by federal law and regulations they don’t fix shit they also try to evict you when somebody breaks into your house and breaks out a window. that was completely out of my control
