One of the worst property management companies I have ever dealt with
WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!! Clooten took over the property I live at several years ago. Prior to them taking over my rent was 400 dollars lower and maintenance on the building was always good. The lawn for the building used to get cut around 9a in the morning when it got done. Since clooten took over the new people hired by clooten show up at 7a and wake up the whole building. Snow used to get removed within 24hrs of falling and ice got salted. Clooten Property Management went out of their way to help me find a place to rent at a very difficult time for my kids and I. I highly recommend Jesse if your looking for a place to rent or buy!
Rented a house through them and had the worst experience there. Prior to move in we were told a professional cleaner was to come and clean the property. The day of move in NOTHING was cleaned. The property had USED wax strips in the bathroom drawers, men’s facial hair all over the bathroom, dirt in the cupboards, smoke residue on absolutely everything. Carpets were disgusting. Great people to work with if anything goes on with the property i even after hours I can contact John personally and he gets back to me within seconds same as Jesse if I can't get a hold of John they help you out if you are having financial issues as long as you explain the situation they will work with you on everything excellent landlords and property management
