If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. John and Chris are kind, personable, and honest, and their work is exceptional. I just brought my car in after someone hit it while parked (got it back 2 days ago), and this morning my neighbors asked me if I got a new car because it looks so much nicer. I should mention this is a brand new car, just got her in March, so she looked great before.
I had a great experience with John and the team at the shop. He took care of my suspension repair and had my car riding smooth again in no time. On top of that, they went the extra mile and detailed the car, and it honestly looked brand new when I picked it up. You can tell John takes pride in his work—everything was done professionally, efficiently, and with real attention to detail. I recently got into an accident, and by chance Brady happened to be in the area shortly after. He approached me, gave me his card, and took the time to answer every question I had. From the start, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
