I recently got my car door repaired and painted after a car accident. John and Brady have been honest and helpful and made this whole process stress free. The car looks brand new after the repair and I’m so satisfied with the result! I highly recommend Cloos auto body shop!
I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this feels necessary. These guys are ambulance chasers — they monitor police calls, show up right after accidents, and prey on people who are shaken up and vulnerable. They act helpful, but it’s all about profit. They didn’t give me any written rates for towing or storage, then hit me with outrageous hidden fees, claiming insurance would cover it — which it didn’t. I couldn’t be happier with the work and service we received from this shop! John is a master at his craft. Body work is impeccable, absolute perfection. I'm from Staten Island or Westchester these days, but wherever I am, this is where all our families' cars go when needed!! I was T-boned recently 2 weeks after buying my new car by an unlicensed migrant and I was pissed but knowing I had Cloos & the guys their handling my car made the process much easier & less stressful! They handled my car amazingly, and it looks brand new all over again! TY Cloos and all the guys there!
