Had some “something is wrong, fix it” lights come on the day before Snowmageddon 2026… I’m a 911 Paramedic and am scheduled to work all weekend… I NEEDED my truck so I could get to my station, otherwise the county may be short one ambulance during a giant ice storm. Joe was great. They were able to figure it out, super simple sensor replacement. They overnighted the part and it was all fixed the next day by noon. ❤️🙌🏼🚑
