Cloisters of Concord was a FANTASTIC place to live. The unit and grounds are gorgeous and very well kept up with. The neighborhood always looks pretty and the landscape is kept up with so nicely. The neighbors are quiet and very friendly. The leasing staff is amazing. They are so kind, patient, helpful, and quick to solve (what very few issues) I had. Just moved in and the experience in the cloisters has been the best I could ask for. I recently moved from another state and started touring here roughly eight months before moving from my hometown. Me and my significant other met Reyna to tour the property and she was very nice and extremely helpful with the entire moving process. The unit itself was very well designed and spacious for two people. I would recommend this property to anyone that wants to live near charlotte and explore the NC lifestyle!
I regret every single day after moving to a place like this. 15 month lease... worst thing I ever did. Lets start with the emergency maintenance number ( that the name already says, EMERGENCY, but no one answered the 2 times I needed. They play like you never called or that you have the wrong number, but you call the number that was sent to you by email. Maintenance guys need to pickup sheet from people that is too lazy to take care of their own dog poop. The dog play or (poop palace), is more stray cats big area to poop, or... read more
