Más que feliz, llegue en enero del 2024 llevo un año y renovamos por otro año más, en oficina todos son muy amables y serviciales, la correspondencia muy bien, en lugar es tranquilo me siento segura, la recolección de basura muy bien, si algo se llega a dañar el equipo de mantenimiento lo repara de inmediato. Solo ay 5 estrellas si hubiera 10 se llevaría las 10. Luz y todas(os) en administración y mantenimiento muy agradables y atentos.
The apartments themselves are very nice and roomy I leased a two bedroom two bath, and the location of the homes are really convenient with everything being so close by. The staff is great I had the pleasure of working with Kiara, who was a huge help in the application process and was very attentive. Would get back to me within a good time and explained every step of the way in great detail.
Went there today and fell in love with the community the ladies in the leasing office were very helpful the young lady whose name was Raine if I'm spelling it right she was wonderful looking forward to moving there and making it my new home!!!!!!
Absolutely don’t recommend. The property manager is a TYRANT and there is no accessible dumpsters close by and the valet trash is $25 every month for half ass service . The amount of money for rent and the way the apartments were built/ “renevated” don’t add up . I pay over 1300 for a 1 bed room and the appliances are cracked and beyond outdated
