I checked in at 8:00 a.m. and waited at the assigned door. Three hours later, I went back to ask for an update because nobody had told me anything. Only then did they tell me they were waiting for the broker to verify my company’s MC and DOT numbers. Nobody from the facility informed me there was a problem. I had to call my own dispatcher to find out what was going on and have them contact the broker.
