Do not recommend moving into these apartments what so ever. They are not worth how much they ask you to pay. They continue to go up on prices. They do not care about the people they only care about money and will try to give you fees any chance they get. We had a bad problem with cockroaches and had to call for almost 5-6 months straight after moving in to have them come and take care of it multiple times. I’ve lived here for a year now and didn’t think too bad about the complex once I moved in. It was not perfect, had things go wrong inside my apartment, only have a very small grass area to walk my dog, and the area is not the best. After I been here for a year the rent for my apartment went up $100.00 and surrounding neighbors with the same layout are paying different prices for the same apartments. Prices for the apartments keep going up and your getting the same average apartments.
