I needed the carpet replaced on my staircase. I went to the Lititz store and the saleswoman was very helpful when providing options for what I was looking for and answering my questions. I took a few samples home to compare with the adjacent flooring and paint with the lighting of my home. When I returned the samples, I set up a time for measurements. Cloister did a fantastic job on our bathroom floor. James came to the house the day after I called to inquire. He was very helpful in explaining our options and helping us make a decision about the flooring. Joel, who did the demo work and installed our new tile, was punctual each day and behaved in a professional and courteous manner. And the floor looks great!
