Cloister did an excellent job replacing the flooring in my living room and kitchen. I was impressed with the quality of their work. I would definitely recommend them.
Highly recommend Cloister flooring! We used them for our flooring when we built our house, years later when we finished our basement and just recently to replace bedroom flooring. The staff are super friendly and provide excellent customer service! We have plans in the future to tile our bathroom and kitchen floors and will without a doubt be using Cloister!
Excellent service from start to finish
After years of wishing to tile my tub/showers, Reggie (at the Lititz store) patiently assisted me with some options. I only wish I had done it sooner! Love it! The tile was installed professionally and to perfection by Joe. Highly recommend the Cloister team.
They came to my house, measured everything, and based their purchases on those measurements. Unfortunately, none of the stairs fit, and all the transition pieces were identical, which did not suit the specific areas I needed. For over a month, I have not heard back from them. The contractor claimed he was out sick the week before, but I believe he has been sick for about three weeks now. He just mentioned that he was out last week as well!
