After years of wishing to tile my tub/showers, Reggie (at the Lititz store) patiently assisted me with some options. I only wish I had done it sooner! Love it! The tile was installed professionally and to perfection by Joe. Highly recommend the Cloister team.
They came to my house, measured everything, and based their purchases on those measurements. Unfortunately, none of the stairs fit, and all the transition pieces were identical, which did not suit the specific areas I needed. For over a month, I have not heard back from them. The contractor claimed he was out sick the week before, but I believe he has been sick for about three weeks now. He just mentioned that he was out last week as well! Very good experience. I told Jim what I was looking for, and he showed me some samples even offered for me to take them home. Installation was within 1 month and finished in 1 day. I was very pleased with the new floor
