James and his staff were outstanding every step of the way. Getting an in-home quote was easy and there no sale pressure what so ever. Once we decided to go with Cloister's Flooring it was apparent we made a great choice, they made us feel like our flooring project was their number one priority. Installers were on time and well organized and super polite. Caleb our project manager made sure every loose end was delt with before closing out our project.
