Some of the people are okay. Some pet cats in the neighborhood will be nice to you, if you try to pet them. Others will bite you. I take this as a reflection on the owners.

Texas Democrats need to fight harder to make North Arlington a better place for the original Black descendants of the Black farmers that lived in this area and the nearby Mosier Valley, just north of this place, for two or three generations. The Republicans seem to have no problem erasing this history. But, history is based on facts. The historical records are numerous. The North Arlington police need to back off the Black community in this area with poorly chosen over-policing methods. At least have the decency to show some... read more

It used to be a good place to live, but under the current leadership, our dues are enormous compared to other complexes, and they have put our property values into the toilet with their illegal rule against renting our units out. It seems pretty evident that the president is taking kickbacks because there is no legitimate reason to award every contract to the same guy, even when he is charging a lot more thann another contractor.
