THIS PLACE HAS GONE TO THE DUMPS. BUSHES AND SRUBS OVERGROWN AND WEEDS,CRAB GRASS, NEVER PULLED. TRASH ALL OVER THE GROUNDS. LOOKS LIKE A GETTO.
I have lived here for more than a year and I have had a good experience. Repairs are made quickly and the staff is friendly. Also, the apartments are well-insulated for sound against outdoor noise. Of course you can hear when the lead-blower is extremely close from time to time, but other than that it is very quiet inside when there is something going on inside. This is a great choice if you work from home like I do.
I would be wary of this company. I spent one year in this apartment complex. The complex is nice, the staff is very helpful, and maintenance tries hard to fix the problems. The reason for the one star rating is associated with leaking plumbing, the noise from people partying in the parking lots, and the process of vacating the property. During my tenancy I had five major water leaks. Three of the leaks flooded my apartment and these came from the shower. One leak was from the apartment above and filled up my light globe. THE ARBORS AT CAROLINA FOREST IS A NO! Tenants upstairs has a dog who runs around like it's a dog park & heavily stomping, dragging noises, loud bangs that shake my apartment because they throw/drop heavy stuff constantly. Their door slamming is just as bad. We are woken up all hours of the night DAILY. They scream & cuss at each other when fighting. They blast t.v & music & holler "WOOO!" "Yeah!" late hours. Roach Infested! New Management (Pedcor) did not take care of the roach infestation for months. For several months I had to address management to do something about the roaches. I emailed, wrote letters, called, went to the office in person, took photos, and kept requesting assistance regarding the roach problem . Months went by as I was forced to live with the roaches crawling across counters and floors in broad daylight. Horrible since I moved here. Only been here maybe 5 months and I'm terminating my lease due to management failing to take care of the noise complaints I have against the tenants in 319! I first reported the noise issue in January and it's now May....no effective action taken on management's part. Logan said she'd put in a request with upper management to see if I could terminate without penalty....that was over a week ago maybe two; still no word...all silent no word no follow up....NOTHING.
