When I first move to The Cloisters 2 years ago, they were OK. Now since new management took over this apartment complex has gone down hill! There is a LOT of crime there and management does NOT listen to your concerns or complaints. I would NOT recommend moving here if you're looking for a safe environment for your family. 10/2020
