I was very impressed by Josh’s ability to diagnosis the problem with our drains. He spent much time testing and retesting to find the issues. Great personality, professional and a hard worker. I paid for a diagnostic check and draining will be here on Thursday.
Josh came into my place of business to repair a clogged sink. He was prompt and called when he was on his way. He was beyond respectful of the area and cleaning up. The issue wasn’t easy to fix but he did a great job!! Thanks you Clog Pro and to Josh! He needs kuddos and maybe a raise customer service is number 1 and he nailed it!
My roommate stated that the guy came in, blew out the drain pipe, and left (leaving water all over the floor). When asked what the issue was, he had no idea. To top that off, it didn't work. The drain from the washer still backs up, AND now we can smell sewage from it.
