Came the same day on schedule and helped decide to fix or replace. Given the age of the old water heater, I chose to replace it. The water heater was installed promptly and professionally. Friendly and professional.

I woke up this morning to a constant alarm going off on my sump pump. Alarms are never a good thing, so I called Clog Heroes to see if someone could come find out what's going on since it was supposed to rain all day. The time between talking with the owner and having a technician at my house was less than 2 hours.
