After more than a week of living like a pioneer (boiling water, praying to the plumbing gods, and considering a permanent gym membership just for the showers), the legends at Clog Heroes Plumbing, Sewer & Drain came to the rescue! After trying to resolve an issue with our plumbing backing up for three days (we had our septic tank pumped one day, my husband tried to snake the pipes another, with no success), so we called clog heroes. They sent Jared out who spent nearly 7 hours here resolving the problem for us. Towards the end, the owner also was out here helping. Both very knowledgeable. Will 100% use again if needed.

Austin and Jared came to my house for what I thought (hoped) was a simple clog. When they found it wasn’t they did everything they could to diagnose and get things working in the mean time. I did end up having a much larger project then anticipated but Austin was super helpful the whole time with my hectic schedule I wasn’t able to always respond as fast as possible but he didn’t mind. They got the work done very quickly and sent me pictures along every step! 10/10 recommend!

The Clog Heroes technician was very professional and courteous, provided a comprehensive diagnosis of my external sewage line issue. Kudos to the Clog Heroes Office Manager Jessy Sutherland for her assistance and professionalism. She coordinated the service scheduling and ensured that I received video clips of my sewage line.
