I was referred to this company through the Stafford Talk Facebook page and I’m really glad I called them. My well has been struggling due to the severe drought in our area, so I needed Stafford County water run from the county meter at the road to my home. Austin came out while it was still icy, took measurements, and had a quote back to me the same day. He offered a reasonable military discount and very fair pricing. We had a fantastic experience with Clog Heroes! My husband and I are first time homeowners and have only been in our house for 18 months, when we heard a bubbling sound, followed by water rising into our 1st floor bathtub, toilet, and sink. Jessy was so kind when she answered the phone, talked us through each service that we could possibly need. She was so patient and informative and really made us feel at ease. Brian was our technician and he explained everything in great detail. He was very knowledgeable and skilled. He wa... read more

Austin and Jared came to my house for what I thought (hoped) was a simple clog. When they found it wasn’t they did everything they could to diagnose and get things working in the mean time. I did end up having a much larger project then anticipated but Austin was super helpful the whole time with my hectic schedule I wasn’t able to always respond as fast as possible but he didn’t mind. They got the work done very quickly and sent me pictures along every step! 10/10 recommend!

Ryan was very professional and courteous. He took his time to evaluate the situation. He explained exactly what he is going to do and provided the cost of the installation of the water heater and faucet. He seems very flexible in scheduling.

Clog Hero’s is aptly named! They are my hero’s for sure. Muddy water backed up in my well and my house faucets were running red mud. The professional and knowledgeable folks from this company quickly diagnosed the issue. As a result of all the rain and snow the aquifer feeding my well was compromised. They cleared out my hot water heater and water tank and installed a state of the art water filtration system. Their response to my urgent call was quick and effective. I highly recommend Clog Hero’s and will never use anyone el... read more
