My tankless water heater's hot water condensation line disconnected (fitting broke) the night before Easter. I called around multiple places, no one would come out until Monday morning. I found Clog Busterz and they said someone could come out within the hour. Jesse arrived, place bags on his shoes when coming into my finished basement, and was very polite and helpful. Jesse helped us with a tricky problem we had with our old, cast-iron pipes. He was able to re-route some plumbing in our basement to be more reliable and much easier to maintain. He was extremely careful to cut as little drywall as was possible, which I particularly appreciated. This is a new review from March 2026 - Josh Neal came to repair a leaking toilet that had caused water damage in my basement. He was very thorough, informative, and efficient. Even after he finished the toilet repair, he wanted to check it further and found another source of the leak in a broken phalange under the toilet that he had not seen previously.
