This company approaches your drain clog like buying insurance. Their sales pitch is to sell you a level of service plan and not to solve your issue. Because of the $60 trip fee, I felt compelled to use their service even though the situation felt deceptive - but they’re the “professionals” right. The least expensive option was called “Bandaid” and cost me over $500!
