I am writing this as a review as well as an email because maybe it will expedite communication with Clodfelters. October 7th Nicholas and another technician visited our house. This was for a routine maintenance visit. A few weeks before, it seemed our downstairs unit was not keeping up with the temperature we had it on. For example, we had it set on 72 deg F, we had it on cool, but the temperature was 74 to 75 degrees. The downstairs unit was put in by Clodfelters in 2023. Great workers, took out old AC and installed new AC in less than a day.
Had Clodfelters tech. Jake Ellis look at my furnace and was very happy with him and the way he took care of my problem and helped me understand more about my furnace. He was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. WIll always use them.
Clodfelter's Heating and Air Conditioning is a really great company that does fine work with really nice and knowledgeable technicians, a really nice, knowledgeable and available service manager,great customer service and a great office staff. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!! I was a client of this company for 15 years. I have two small children. Overnight, our furnace went out. I called at 7am to schedule a visit. It was 30 degrees. I was told that we would be prioritized and they would call me back in 30m. They did not call, I called them after an hour and was told they would call back in 5 minutes.
