Had Clodfelters tech. Jake Ellis look at my furnace and was very happy with him and the way he took care of my problem and helped me understand more about my furnace. He was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. WIll always use them.

AVOID!!!!!!!!!!! I was a client of this company for 15 years. I have two small children. Overnight, our furnace went out. I called at 7am to schedule a visit. It was 30 degrees. I was told that we would be prioritized and they would call me back in 30m. They did not call, I called them after an hour and was told they would call back in 5 minutes. Hello Future Customers. I recently got my "new" heating and air conditioner unit and "I Love It". Their professionalism is off the hook and their willingness to do the "best" job ever is so appreciated. After the installation there were small things that need to be done and they came back to my home and made sure "everything" was completed to my satisfaction.
