They are the best. I always get a live human to answer the phone - and they are ALWAYS nice. Andrew my technician is amazing. He fixes obvious issue but then diligently & thoroughly makes sure there are no additional underlying problems. He NEVER leaves until my system is running perfectly. And yes, they always come very quickly if (in the rare instance) there is an issue. Love Andrew & Clodfelters
My air stopped working last Thursday, and I called Clodfelters. Nicholas came out Friday and assessed the unit. It was the blower motor that needed replacing. He got the estimates and said next Thursday the part would be delivered. I tell you it’s been difficult living with open windows and fans at 88 degrees. I decided to call today on Tuesday and the part was in. Nicholas was here in two hours. I am back to beautiful 77 degrees. CLODFELTERS NEVER DISAPPOINTS! Two days ahead of schedule. A/C feels like heaven. Thank you.
Called for A/C maintenance and received prompt service the next morning. Friendly staff and quality work. Kudos to Nicholas W and the staff for doing a wonderful job.
I'm sharing my recent experience with Clodfelter's to inform others about the exorbitant charges for their parts and service. Our furnace went out the week before Christmas '25. A call to Clodfelter's brought a technician in short order (appreciated) and within 5 min a diagnosis was made and a quote was given.
