I would not recommend renting or buying from Clockwork Management based on my 6 year experience as a resident. One of the biggest frustrations has been the constant changes in platforms and systems residents are expected to use. Instead of making communication and property management easier, these changes have made it difficult to keep track of requests, payments and previously reported concerns. I tried to enroll my property with clockwise and i was told they do not accept older property. And not long after, i saw him accept a property in worse condition than my property, in the same neighborhood older than mine. and in the price range of my property. So his criteria isn’t fully defined. He has hidden criteria for who and what he can accept.

We have been working with Brent and Clockwork Property Management since 2009, and after 17 years, we can honestly say that we have been very happy with their service. Brent and his team have always been professional, responsive, and efficient.
