The door lock was already not latching correctly, and I didn't have time reporting in the first two weeks. I put a maintenance request to fix it and now they're charging me for 150 dollars door repairs. After emails back and forth, they still had that charge on me, and I was so disappointed. But I would like to take a moment and thank Derek because I was contacted by him from the property management, and he actually was understandable of the situation. Leah is the BEST. We initially became acquainted with her when we began the process of applying for a lease with one of their properties.
