My experience as a tenant with Clockwork has been positive so far. The move-in process was super fast. I toured the unit on Monday and was able to take possession by Friday the same week. They respond in a reasonable amount of time. Most of the maintenance requests noted on the move-in inspection have been addressed or are in progress. Overall, it has been a much smoother process than other property managers I've contacted in the Charlotte area. I will update the review after lease renewal or move-out.
Andrew and Gavin are professionals and have incredible customer service! Would definitely recommend them for managing properties in the Charlotte metro.

We had the opportunity to rent a property managed by Clockwork Properties for two years. The company's staff overall was very thoughtful, responsive, and supportive during our rental experience.
