Came in this morning to just grab some desserts and no acknowledgement whatsoever. No hi we will be right with you NOTHING. Horrible customer service and unfriendly unwelcoming staff.

Staff is as good as the food, which is amazing. Our server Liz is excellent at her craft. She is definitely worth asking for and even waiting for if there is a wait for seating. The food is fairly priced and worthy of coming for again tomorrow. And those basked goods...spot on too. Next time we pass through town we will be sure to stop in again.

Not our first visit but it was the first time we were disappointed in the service. Over 1\2 half hour wait for sandwiches and soda was flat, no fizz at all.
The Clocktower has a lovely outdoor dining set up for those who would like to go out rather than eat at home and not ready for indoor dining due to covid. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Staunton closes Beverly Street to traffic and there are many restaurant choices to enjoy without going inside. Atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable. Food is good. Bakery bar has wonderful selection.

The fried Mushroom app was clearly made fresh and the potato soup was fantastic too! I can’t wait to try the rest of their menu!
We ate here for breakfast. We had the breakfast plate and the breakfast sanwich on panini bread! IT WAS AMAZING!! Our server Cait was even better!! She was attentive, gave great suggestions and has a great style! When I comeback to Staunton I'll definitely be back! If you are in the area you must go!!! Thanks again Cait!!!
