These apartments have gone straight downhill because of Maloney Properties. They are very rude in addition to incompetent. The building has not been taken care of since I moved in besides having one nice woman vacuum weekly. Maintenance is almost non-existent. Ceilings and windows leak, mold growing and appliances worn out, but they go out of their way to avoid fixing anything at all. Even though they enter our units for "inspections" every month and knock on doors with no notice, which makes everyone very uncomfortable. My ... read more

Two stars because these could be a nice place to live if taken over by good management. Sadly Maloney Properties has ruined these apartments over the years. They are condescending and incompetent. You’re treated as an inconvenience whose home isn’t worth sacrificing any profit margin over. There’s been no upkeep in the building. The common areas are sad and dirty. Unfortunately for this place the management team is horrible, left the apartment in excellent condition , made sure to vacuum mop, cleaned the fridge toilet , windows , there were no holes in the wall or damage at all but for some reason they only gave me 25% of my security deposit back . They lied on the phone to me and didn’t take into consideration the cost of living now a days and pretty much stole from me for no reason . I have pictures and proof of how I left the place .
