I have lived here for a while and the pool has never worked, but new maintenance and management fixed it up and now it’s reopening! The apartments are spacious and nice. Molly is always very helpful.
These apartments look so nice inside and they are huge. Feels so homey.
Small little community. There has been so many great changes in recent weeks. Property has been cleaned up and looks amazing. They finally have some garage available which has been helping with parking and everything in the hallways have been taken care of. The apartments are renovated and look great.
Molly called me today and made this experience so much better. Not only am I touring tomorrow but there’s a unit in the floor plan I want available in the next week so I’m going to look at it. I’ve paid application fees and today I paid the deposit to secure my new home. Thank you Molly for turning this around! I have been trying to get in touch with a real person here all week. they only do what they have to do to keep things at a minimum for maintenance. as for snow removal that will not happened at all, trash is always in the garbage dump area or on the roof of the garage. There is dog poop all over the place and no one will pick it up. Dogs are always off the leash and the Managment will not do anything about it. this is a locked community and the doors are always unlocked and broken all the time the swimming area is always filthily that means you cannot use the rest room.
