I have lived here for a while and the pool has never worked, but new maintenance and management fixed it up and now it’s open! The apartments are spacious and nice. Molly is always very helpful.
Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Sheridan Lake apartments! From the moment I moved in, Molly has been incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and parks, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.
I am a current resident and have to say hands since new management has taken over it has been improving a lot. New management has been helping Molly change the property which is amazing. Molly down an amazing job managing this property. Also the new maintenance gentleman is finally putting in the foot work to complete the things that are needing to be done. Keep up the good work!
Frustration and disappointment are the words that come to mind when thinking of these apartments. Similar to many poorly run apartments in Rapid this place is depressing. I was rented a unit that did not have an A/C or heater and had to threaten management with legal action before any action was taken to place a unit in my apartment. There is always trash scattered in the parking lot and dog feces in the grass. Management is a joke and highly unprofessional. I would recommend moving to another apartment if at all possible.
