I stopped going to this dental office because of the unprofessionalism and attitude from one of the secretaries. The front desk is often the first impression of a healthcare office, and unfortunately, my experience was consistently negative. I found the communication and treatment from this particular staff member rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
