They did the original installation in our home while it was being constructed. They put in an R22 system that after 5 years is obsolete. We cannot find a replacement for the outside unit anymore. We've gone through 2 compressors, 2 coils in the inside unit, we are in the second zone control board, several dampers and now the outside coil is leaking. Guess what 1600 dollast to fix it. You do the math.
They are only get 1 star as I can not go lower. Please do not use this company at all. I used them only bc I got a 21 point inspection coupon for a check up on my ac unit from Freedom Breeze fpr 29.95 just to make sure all was good and they sent out this company. Again this was just a check up, my ac worked great when they got here and then 4 hrs later my ac unit was froze up and not working at all.
