visited this office in December after a family recommendation to begin semaglutide treatment. Before my visit, I was told over the phone that a self-pay semaglutide consultation would be $50, and I clearly stated that I did not want to use insurance. The office confirmed that self-pay was an option. Later, I discovered that my visits were submitted to my insurance anyway, resulting in charges I was not expecting.
