If i could actually give yall a 0 i would. I’ve paid my rent on time, I’ve followed every dam* thing yall needed me to do. Claudia has been harassing both me and my friend who comes and stay the night. She has said she doesn’t like my dogs and i don’t know what the heck they did to her. NOW she made the decision to not renew my lease and when asked all she had to say was “those were just our decisions” like i didn’t ask that i said what was the reason. Patricia @ the Alcove Apartments is a liar and inconsistent with the pricing she gives to prospective tenants. She first quoted us 1551$ for a 2bd/2bath because supposedly another person decided not to rent so she was giving us his deal, then when we went to give her part of the deposit to hold the apartment for us, since it wouldn’t be ready until the 1st she said she couldn’t give us that deal and then quoted us 1751, when we went to pay the rest of the deposit and rent she then changed the price again to 1800$. I've been living at Urban 19 for 6 months, I went to pay my rent for July come to find out they sold over 19 to another, so went to pay my rent and they said I had to do it with a money order. So after I did it with a money order I went back two weeks later and ask them to show me my receipt that it was paid and that I have a zero balance and they refused to give me a piece of paper showing that I have a zero balance, it's pretty pathetic that they cannot even obliged to give you a piece of paper showing that you paid rent f... read more

2 weeks ago they took over an apartment complex im living in and since then they have been ignoring residents concerns and appear to be trying to force residents out. No maintenance is getting done and the only thing they continue to do is collect rent and renovate the empty apartments because they want to increase rent by 30%. greedy people who cant even care for tenants who are already living here.

We miss you at Montabella at Oak Forest Apt., like others have said they have gone downhill! Please buy the property back and bring back the original people that made this place what it was before!
