Excellent professional service. My nearly 11-year-old AirSense 10 machine broke, so I called CLM to see if they had the latest AirSense 11 in stock, Mimi checked and had 1 in stock, but Sarah was fully booked for some time. Sara put me in her schedule at the end of the day and stayed back to set up the machine and run me through how to use it.
