VP of CLK management Chicago and Shawn property manager of ****************************** were completely disrespectful to me when calling in to speak over issues regarding my lease, payment among other things. I submitted an application for an apartment at the beginning of May 2020. I was told they would receive my background check by May 25, 2020, and that I could move in July 1, 2020. Today is 6/10/20 and my background has not come in yet. I gave the apartment manager Emily and Pat permission to speak to my mother due to me working two jobs, and not able to talk while at work. The worst management company out there. Dirty building, roaches, bed bugs, broken locks, broken windows, mold, homeless people living in the basement, broken mail boxes, the list goes on an on. They are being taken to court by the city. They have a long list of violations.

CLK was appointed as management agent for this HOA in January 2018. The association had been badly mismanaged and underfunded for many years as reflected in the condition of the building. CLK has presented a proposed HOA budget to the condo owners to address the issues in this building. Once approved, we look forward to improving the conditions at this building for all its residents and neighbors.
